Description
- Overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock management and distribution.
- Managing and motivating a team to meet performance targets and maintain high service levels.
- Implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinating with suppliers, transport teams, and internal stakeholders to optimise supply chain flow.
- Identifying and resolving any logistical challenges to maintain a smooth operation.
Profile
- Proven experience in a warehouse management role, ideally within logistics, distribution, or fleet services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and warehouse best practices
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
