- Assist Project Directors with information flow through the department, implement purchase orders, authority sign off, tracking of materials to site.
- Manage communication with suppliers have written confirmation back, add to Job file in conjunction with the Logistics Lead.
- Manage monthly invoice reconciliation and sign off from suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure month end payment runs are implemented via finance team and communicate any disputes with the project/finance team
- Attending internal project meetings to record minutes, necessary circulation of data and notification and tracking of actions.
- Assist document control team when requested to help monitor and manage the various document control systems, checking daily/weekly for changes or drawings that may give rise to changes on our packages of works.
- Assist the Project Delivery Team with general administration tasks such as collating RAMS and issuing and updating.

- Monitor the weekly / monthly H&S requirements, retaining copies on the company servers and uploading to client sites if required.
- Assist the project team with day-to-day tasks and be a single point of contact for calls to the office that occur,
- 3 years experience within Administrative role
- Project experience would be a bonus

- Computer literacy – MS Office and required multi discipline sites as required
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of EA-RS quality management system.
