Pure are delighted to be partnering with an excellent business based in Witham looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team.Main Duties:
  • Assist Project Directors with information flow through the department, implement purchase orders, authority sign off, tracking of materials to site.
  • Manage communication with suppliers have written confirmation back, add to Job file in conjunction with the Logistics Lead.
  • Manage monthly invoice reconciliation and sign off from suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure month end payment runs
  • Attending internal project meetings to record minutes, necessary circulation of data and notification and tracking of actions.
  • Assist document control team when requested 
  • Assist the Project Delivery Team with general administration tasks such as collating RAMS and issuing and updating.
  • Assist Project Directors with monthly reporting process and procedure by drafting documentation and collating items for inclusion within the report.
  • Monitor the weekly / monthly H&S requirements, retaining copies on the company servers and uploading to client sites if required.
  • Assist the project team with day-to-day tasks and be a single point of contact for calls to the office that occur,
Key Requirements:
  • 3 years experience within Administrative role
  • Project experience would be a bonus
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and well organised
  • Proactive approach
  • Computer literacy – MS Office and required multi discipline sites as required 
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Good understanding of EA-RS quality management system.
  • Accurate and rigorous in their work
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team.
