As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Product Manager to join their business.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Customer Product Stock Management:* Oversee product stocks and produce daily stock allocation and order of use.* Conduct product re-inspections and update consignment level yield information.Quality Control Verification:* Verify all QC team reports and scores.* Update the systems with action plans and work instructions.* Publish and send verified QC reports, and action any revisions.Customer Rejection Management:* Update systems with rejection information and complete investigation responses.* Collaborate with the Technical team to update processes and provide staff training.Customer Liaison:* Maintain communication with customer Product Managers and Technical Managers.* Share quality information with the team and provide weekly performance updates.Service Level Performance:* Maintain and update Quality Service Level reports.* Update the complaints dashboard.About you:* Experience in a similar role in food manufacturing is requiredIf you believe you have the skills and personality to fit these requirements please either apply via this advert or call Henderson Brown on for more information.
