I am seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join my Client’s dynamic HR team. This role is crucial for supporting businesses in the region and will report directly to the Head of HR UK. The successful candidate will manage HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring a consistent and supportive environment for 125 employees.

Job Purpose:

  • Oversee the entire HR lifecycle for 125 employees across two locations.
  • Address daily HR queries and provide timely support to employees and managers.
  • Advise and support managers on ER cases, including obtaining legal advice for complex matters.
  • Develop and standardise company policies across all acquired businesses.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Provide accurate monthly payroll data to an external provider, and review and approve final payroll reports.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director on initiatives to advance the HR function.
  • Assess and review training needs across the organisation.
  • Review and standardise company benefits across all acquired businesses.
  • Guide managers through organisational changes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Lead data-driven HR reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive HR projects, including the implementation of a new HR software and an employee engagement platform offering employee benefits, recognition programs, and communication tools to improve workplace culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an end-to-end HR/ER role, ideally gained in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a very busy/ever-changing environment.
  • Proven relationship-building experience.
  • Policy review and implementation skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications and other company systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability, motivation, organisation, and a commitment to confidentiality.

You will be based out of Witham with travel to their other site in Ipswich - this is a hybrid role offering a competitive salary plus car allowance.
