The Role:

This urgent role is for an immediately available, highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our successful client to oversee the daily office operations, support senior leadership, and drive team productivity. This Office Manager will be crucial in driving success while fostering a positive work culture. As the Office Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director, providing essential administrative support and leading and motivating their teams when in the office. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional leadership skills will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and team development.

In this leading role, you provide daily support for the director's administration and administration support for the HR function and are the "go-to" for the team. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional leadership skills will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and team development.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day office operations, developing office policy, and handling enquiries from stakeholders.

  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks for the Managing Director & Senior Leadership Team.

  • Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and internal events.

  • Manage HR admin and recruitment processes.

  • Plan and execute exhibitions, client events, and company training.

  • Ensure compliance with documentation, contracts, and insurance.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in office management or similar roles.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
