Are you a:-CIPD Qualified proven HR Manager?Our client is a commercial organisation that is growing at pace and is looking for a HR Manager to join them on a part time basis. As the HR Manager you will be responsible for delivering efficient and compliant HR operations whilst acting as a key advisor on people-related matters within the Senior Leadership Team. The role ensures the smooth execution of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance and HR administration. You will work closely with the Managing Director as this role is critical in supporting the business by implementing policies, optimising processes and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with company objectives.

You will require the following experience:-
- CIPD Qualified - Level 5 or above
- HR Operations experience
- Employment Law and Compliance Knowledge
- HR Systems & Payroll Administration
- Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Employee Engagement & Culture Development
