Interim Deputy Headteacher (SEN)
Panoramic Associates is supporting a Special School in Essex, in their recruitment for an interim Deputy Headteacher to join them after the February half term. This contract will run until the Summer term initially, but likely longer. This is on a day rate inside IR35.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Assistant or Deputy Head experience in an SEN/ AP setting
* A deep understanding of SEMH and challenging behaviours
* A specialist in either Quality of Education or Behaviour
* Willing to teach for up to 2 days per week in line with the rest of the SLT
As this role is to add capacity rather than directly replacing someone, the school can be flexible with the specialism of the successful candidate. The role will be starting after half term, so interviews are likely to be taking place w/c 10th February on-site in Essex.
