We are looking for a Supporter Data Officer for an incredible hospice, to work to deliver the Hospices supporter data and income operations strategy and annual delivery plans with a focus on data selections and insight.This role is part time 22 hours per week. There is no set working pattern for the 22.5 hours, only that these hours would need to be worked in the usual Mon-Fri, 9-5 working week - they would be happy to hear from candidates if they have a preference. With hybrid working their policy is a max of 2 days per week of discretionary home working, this would be on a pro rota basis for team members who work fewer than 5 days in the office, so they could consider flexibility in line with this, also bearing in mind business need and the needs of the team on any given week. Please note they will look to appoint at the starting scale of the salary, there is flexibility to go to the next scale. Manipulate complex data sets to identify insights and learnings to support overall, and income stream-specific, fundraising decision-making.Support with development and maintenance of CRM training and process documentation and deliver appropriate training to colleagues. The CandidateExperience of working in a data focussed role, including experience of using a CRM database.Experience of building marketing data selections.Experience of using data reporting and analysis tools to produce insightful dashboards / reports.Good technical knowledge of databases and query languages.
