Key Responsibilities- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling enquiries via email and phone, providing excellent customer service
- Managing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers
- Previous experience in sales order processing or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
