JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you a Band 7 Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Essex? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!
- Job Title: Pharmacist (Band 7)
- Location: Essex
- Duration: 3-6 Month Contract
- Schedule: 9:00am–5:00pm, 30-minute lunch break, 5 days a week
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 3-6 months (with the possibility of extension)
- Rate of Pay: £28ph-£30ph

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 7 Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients. In this role, you will:
- Oversee the dispensary and manage medication supplies
- Provide pharmaceutical care to hospital wards
- Perform medication reviews and clinical assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medication regulations
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid GPhC registration
- Experience working in hospital wards and dispensary settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. The contract duration is 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
