As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Technical Compliance Manager to join their business.Responsbilities include but are not limited to:* Maintain and oversee the site's QMS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.* Support the site with all audit preparations, including BRC, Organic, Fairtrade, RFA, and SMETA.* Manage supplier due diligence, SEDEX databases, and third-party portals while verifying compliance with customer specifications.* Maintain and update product specifications, manage customer profiles, and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.* Investigate and document customer complaints, manage product rejections, and implement corrective actions while identifying trends for improvement.* Oversee product risk assessments, including pesticide and microbiology testing, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.* Maintain traceability schedules, conduct recall tests, and ensure robust documentation for all products.* Work closely with internal teams, growers, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and facilitate technical communicationAbout you:* Experience with technicalcompliance such as BRC is required* Experience in a similar role within food manufacturing is required * Own transport * Full UK working rights - no sponsorship available for this positionIf you believe you have the skills and personality to fit these requirements please either apply via this advert or call Henderson Brown on for more information.
