Are you a Senior Project Manager seeking a new opportunity? We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a Tier 1 main contractor for a DFE Project in Essex.
Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager you'll be working within the Build Team leading an Education scheme in Essex.
Your day to day duties will include;
- Managing the finances of the project.
- Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Providing regular, accurate reports and forecasts for the project to your line manager and the client.
- Fulfilling contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross margin and customer's satisfaction.
- Ensure the project is compliant to company policy and best practice is used
The Ideal Candidate will:
This role of Senior Project Manager involves;
- Significant experience in leading on projects of significant value from pre construction through delivery to handover
- Demonstrable experience of managing project budgets and programmes
- Expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions
- IT literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email as well as experience of using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid
