Key Responsibilities:-
- Assembling, configuring and testing audio systems;
- Installing furniture, acoustic panels and general studio fixtures on clients' premises;
- Manufacturing audio cables and other bespoke products;
- Planning, performing and documenting routine system maintenance;
- Supporting clients via telephone, email, online and in person.

- A good listener, able to empathise and to work with people from all walks of life;
- The ability to design, implement and adhere to processes.
Key Skills Required:-
- A broad knowledge of music technology, ideally including some experience of audio systems, signal path and recording techniques;
- Experience in the use of one or more DAW systems;
- A basic understanding of the nature of sound and acoustics;
- Musical training and experience;
- Technologically adept, with an enthusiasm and curiosity for all areas of technology.
