Job Title: In-House Residential Conveyancer Role Type: Permanent (both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered)Salary: Market rate (DOE)Location: Essex - Hybrid working with a good mix of office and remote working (office easily commutable from surrounding counties)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Conveyancer to join our clients In-House Legal Team, with a focus on residential property transactions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and running plot sales, part exchanges, and property purchases.
  • Preparing legal documentation, including individual plot documents and part-exchange reports.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with purchaser's solicitors, internal legal teams, and regional operating companies.
  • Monitoring the legal process to ensure plot exchanges are completed within the reservation period.
  • Handling miscellaneous property queries and related legal matters.
  • Conducting AML checks and ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Both qualified and non-qualified candidates with residential property fee earning experience
  • Experience in residential property conveyancing is essential.
  • Knowledge of plot sales and new-build conveyancing would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of computer literacy.
