Purpose of the Real Estate (BTL/Bridging) BDM, Kent / Essex:
The Real Estate (BTL/Bridging) BDM, Essex will be responsible for raising the profile of the organisation across the region in the Real Estate space, liaising with brokers & introducers to promote the organisation & educate the market as to their appetite.
The Real Estate (BTL/Bridging) BDM, Kent / Essex will be responsible for originating new Real Estate lending with an emphasis on Bridging and Buy to Let funding for experienced landlords. You will assess & shape deals & will proactively seek new opportunities to add to the organisation’s growing lending book.
This is a great opportunity to work autonomously and have a real input into deal activity, working for a disruptive, innovative organisation with an actual appetite to lend.
Skills of the Commercial Banking, Real Estate (BTL/Bridging) BDM, Kent / Essex:
- Experience in Real Estate lending
- Good understanding of and track record in Bridging & BTL, with the attendant credit skills to be able to assess & structure lending in this sector, ideally having experience of lending in the £1m-£10m space
- Excellent external network of brokers/intermediaries and a good profile/presence
- Good track record of business development and origination of new lending, particularly focussed towards professional landlords
- Possess the ability to work autonomously and will be proactive and self-motivated
