Service Advisor / Receptionist Our well established and growing client in Witham are seeking a Service Advisor / Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis, if you have an auto-trade background then this would be an advantage but is not essential.Duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming phone calls, screening calls and taking detailed messages or assisting customers where possible
- Updating the bookings spreadsheet and diary
- Providing a warm and friendly welcome to customers and visitors to the building
- Updating customers
- Raising job packs for the Service team
- Supporting the Administration team with any ad-hoc administrative duties
Candidate requirements:
- Good use of MS Packages - Word and Outlook
- A clear telephone manner, experienced providing excellent customer service over the phone and face to face
- An auto-trade background would be an advantage but not essential
Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm or 6am-4pm (on a rota basis) with one hour lunch. Role will include working every other Saturday morning (8am-12pm/midday)Salary - 28-30k DOEFree parking on-site
