As a Senior Resource Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing top candidates, focusing primarily on tech-oriented interim and permanent placements across the UK and Europe. You're main role will be to source top-tier candidates and effectively manage the recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal individual is proactive, sales-driven, and thrives in a collaborative yet goal-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract high-quality candidates using various sourcing methods (Job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire hiring process, from initial brief to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Research & Insight: Stay current with tech recruitment trends to provide strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
- Relationship Building: Develop deep partnerships with candidates, ensuring long-term collaboration
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to achieve common goals.
- Relevant Experience: Proven track record in recruitment (interim or permanent) across the UK and/or Europe. Technology background is desired.
- Sales-Driven & Proactive: Comfortable interacting with candidates, meeting targets, and leveraging networking opportunities.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Able to engage stakeholders at all levels and effectively close deals.
- Culture Fit: You operate with integrity, value teamwork, and embrace a "best in class" service mindset.
- Flexibility: Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely, with the ability to visit London/Essex as needed.
