Our client, a large freight forwarding company are seeking an experienced import LCL operator to join their growing deep sea import team.
Main purpose of the role
They are looking for a bright enthusiastic individual who has had at least 2 years general forwarding experience.
Key responsibilities
Arranging air, sea & road import bookings
Dealing with overseas offices & partners
Working start to finish on files
Processing sales & purchases
Updating new client bookings in shared drives with pricing.
Looking after key accounts
Raising Invoices
Managing direct client accounts
Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively in line with our policies and procedures.

Hours: Mon Fri 7am 4pm
Salary - £28k - £32k dependant on experience
Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays
