I am looking for an Accounts assistant on a full-time basis in Witham

You must be able to drive for the location.

Key Responsibilities as follows:

Coding and processing invoices
Payment runs
Reconciliation
CIS and payments
Processing expenses
Processing a small monthly payroll- end to end
Assist with weekly payroll on adhoc basis
Dealing with supplier and payroll queries

Key Requirements for the role:

Previous experience with purchase ledger is a much
Previous experience with processing payroll is a must
Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate Excel skills
Able to work independently or collaboratively as required
Timekeeping skills
Be organised
