We are thrilled to be representing a client based in Witham in their search for an experienced Assistant to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will support the Finance Team in the timely processing and management of the Purchase Ledger function, controlling all aspects of cash flow preparation and processing of payments. The role will also involve payroll processing as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2 years minimum experience of working in a similar account’s role with exposure to purchase ledger and payroll in particular
  • Competent using accounting software and MS Packages, including Excel
  • Strong numerical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
