We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Graduate Tutors to join our team and make a positive impact on our students' learning journeys.

The Role: We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Tutors to support two key groups of students:

  1. Catch-Up Students: Those who need additional help to reach their academic potential.
  2. Advanced Students: Those who require extra stimulation to push their boundaries and achieve even higher standards.

As a Graduate Tutor, you will work across a range of subject specialisms in a secondary school setting, supporting students aged 11-18.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored tutoring sessions to meet individual student needs.
  • Support students in both one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Develop and implement effective tutoring strategies to improve academic performance.
  • Track and report on student progress.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to identify students needing additional support or challenge.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
