About the Role:As Head of Science, you will:
- Lead and manage the Science department across KS3 and KS4, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Provide strong leadership and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Develop and deliver an engaging Science curriculum that challenges and inspires students.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with staff across the school to ensure cohesive planning and delivery of the subject.
