- Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Location: Thurrock, Essex

- Salary: £90 - £110 per day

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading small group interventions and supporting whole-class teaching
- Covering lessons across KS1 and KS2 in the absence of the teacher
- Providing tailored support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential
- Assisting with lesson planning, marking, and classroom management
- Supporting SEND and EAL students where necessary
- Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive learning environment

Requirements:
- HLTA qualification, Level 4 Qualification (or strong experience as a teaching assistant with leadership responsibilities)
- Experience working in a primary school setting
- Ability to lead lessons confidently across different year groups
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to education
- Strong communication and organisational skills
