An automotive component manufacturer based in Witham are looking for a Trainee Paint Shop Assistant to join their expanding team.
We are looking for someone who has an interest in cars / motor sport, have a high attention to detail and are very keen to learn. Its an advantage if you have undertaking a paint spraying course in the automotive sector.
The role is working 8am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is 11.44ph to12ph depending on your skills and experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fantastic environment and learn to ultimately, in the longer term, spray automotive car parts.
Trainee Paint Shop Assistant duties:-
- Helping out in the department
- Aqua blasting
- Assist in laser etching
- Wrapping up painted parts
- Preparation of raw carbon parts
- General house keeping such as emptying bins
This is a fantastic role for someone to learn and be around experience paint sprayers and preppers. There is genuine career growth prospects in this role for the right person.
This is a permanent role subject to you passing a 3 month probation.
