Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for a great store that have delivered great results and have the ambition and drive to succeed again and again! We are looking for a Store Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times. Must be able to work in a high volume and fast paced retail environment where you will inspire and lead those around you with a hands-on approach!

To be our clients new SM you will be a hands-on, commercial and results driven leader who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a passion for delivering world class customer service!!
As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving customer service standards in your store.
- Driving sales in store and long term relationships with clients
- Able to organise and manage events
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Passion for luxury and premium high value products
- Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPI's.
- Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
