About the Role
We are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our vibrant and inclusive Secondary School in Witham. As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers to support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed academically and socially.


Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students who require additional assistance.
Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, adapting materials where necessary.
Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Support students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and those who need extra guidance.
Encourage independence and confidence in learning.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and other school staff.
