Recovery Co-Ordinators - Essex - 3 Vacancies

We are currently recruiting for 3 Recovery Co-Ordinators to join a new contract in Essex, supporting the PAIRS alcohol service commissioned by Essex County Council. Positions are available in the following locations:

  • Basildon (South Essex)

  • Colchester (North Essex)

  • Harlow (West Essex)

Key Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Contract: Ongoing

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

  • Pay: Flexible, dependent on experience and qualifications

  • DBS: Must be on the Update Service or issued within the last 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete client assessments and recovery plans

  • Manage client caseloads and track progress

  • Deliver one-to-one and group interventions

  • Support clients in accessing education, employment, and wider services

  • Collaborate with partner organisations for coordinated care

  • Maintain professional and accurate records

  • Conduct outreach to promote service accessibility

Requirements:

  • Experience in substance misuse, mental health, or social care

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-focused approaches
