Head of Rough Sleeper Services
Do you have experience, drive and passion to be the Head of Rough Sleeper Services and work for the leading provider of accommodation and support services in South Essex? If so we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Rough Sleeper Services. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to drive our mission of ending rough sleeping and homelessness by overseeing our day centre, direct access, and outreach services.
Benefits:Â
- Salary banding: £45,500 - £50,500pa DOE
- Hours of work 37hrs - 9am -5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of the charities Rough Sleeper Services, ensuring they align with our mission and strategic goals.
- Build partnerships with local authorities, housing providers, and health services to drive innovative solutions to homelessness.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful services.
- Lead a team of managers and inspire them to achieve strategic objectives and continuously improve service delivery.
- Influence local and regional policies, ensuring the organisation remains a thought leader in homelessness services.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in homelessness or rough sleeper services, with a track record of developing innovative, evidence-based services.
- Strong strategic planning, partnership-building, and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering value-for-money services.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety regulations, and an understanding of rough sleeper challenges.
