Based In Witham/Chelmsford Outreach & Interventation worker
Our client based in Mid Essexis looking for an Outreach, Engagement and Intervention worker. This role is a new and exciting outreach project and you will be working in partner schools to promote inclusion and reduce permanent exclusions across Mid Essexincluding Witham, Braintree and Chelmsford.
You will be part of a team developing and delivering effective and bespoke interventions tailored to each students unique needs.
You will need to be an experienced practitioner who has already worked 1:1 with secondary aged students who have trauma, anxiety and/or SEN needs.
You will be joining the Trust when they have implemented this new and exciting initiative to offer outreach services to Secondary schools in Mid Essex, unlocking potential and transforming lives of students who struggle with their education.
The role will be 37 hours per week Mon - Fri (term time only) 39 working weeks actual salary with be 26,500
As you will be visitng pupils in Secondary schools in North Mid Essexyou will need to hold a full driving licence with access to a car.
