We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Education Assistant to collaborate with our Occupational Therapy team and support our patients on their recovery journey.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated to make a difference and can offer:

  • A genuine willingness to work with adults facing mental health challenges and/or developmental disorders, which may involve managing challenging behaviours.
  • The ability to work both independently and under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.
  • Confidence in delivering lessons in literacy, numeracy, and ICT across various levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative spirit, as well as the initiative to take charge of tasks when needed.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and complete delegated tasks effectively.
  • GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
