Learning Support Assistant

Position: Learning Support AssistantLocation: Various schools in EssexStart Date: Immediate

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated LSA's to support students' learning and development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to pupils in both group and one-to-one settings.
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Foster emotional and social development through creative and interactive methods.
  • Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusion and participation.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
Requirements:
