Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Surveyor to join an organisation to be responsible for the day-to-day running of works on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Repairs Surveyor:
- Carry out inspections
- Manage the budget, value and certify works
- Survey buildings and structures
- Report on housing defects
- Support the achievement of key performance targets in the region
- Ensure contracts are delivered in line with current health and safety legislation
- Monitor progress on defect and hazard rectification works
Essential Experience of the Repairs Surveyor:
- Previous experience relevant to the post
- Full UK Driving Licence
