About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Surveyor with a proven track record of scaffolding surveying and cost planning to tight deadlines, with an in-depth knowledge of various sectors in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing valuations to clients
- Account meetings with clients on regular basis to agree payment certificates
- Site visits to liaise with project management
- Working in commercial team alongside Estimators and directors
- Chasing and collecting of payments once payment certificates are raised
- Pricing and agreeing additional works costs
- Keeping job costings up to date and reporting to directors on a monthly basis
About you:
- Worked in the scaffolding industry
- At least 3 years’ experience working in surveying
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
