Develop and execute a global licensing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Identify and secure new licensing partnerships in key markets and product categories.

Negotiate and manage licensing agreements, ensuring favourable commercial terms.

Oversee licensee relationships to ensure brand compliance, product quality, and commercial performance.

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, legal, finance) to support licensing initiatives.

Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities within the sports and lifestyle licensing space.

Monitor financial performance of licensing agreements, ensuring revenue targets and royalty payments are met.

Drive innovation by collaborating with partners to develop unique licensed products that align with brand values.

Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.
Profile

Proven experience in licensing, brand management, or commercial partnerships within the sports, apparel, or consumer goods industry.

Strong understanding of licensing agreements, intellectual property, and contract negotiation.

Established network within the global licensing industry.

Track record of driving revenue growth through strategic licensing initiatives.

Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse financial performance and maximise profitability.
