CSS are looking for Window Makers, ideally with a background in the industry, to join our well-established and reputable client based in Witham, Essex on a Temp to Perm basis.
Working hours;
6am - 2.30pm Monday - Thursday
6am – 2pm Friday
Duties include;
- Putting customer window packs together
- Attaching window furniture
- Glass inspection
- Using hand and power tools
- Measuring materials
- Keeping the Factory clean and tidy
- Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures
- Some heavy lifting is involved
- Learning the assembly process from start to finish
- Working with various window manufacturing materials
- Learning all areas of the manufacturing business after Training
Successful applicants will have:
- Prior window manufacturing experience
- Hand and power tool experience
- Ability to work full time hours
- Own transport
- Good understanding of written English
- Experience of working in a large-scale assembly environment
