The Role:

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Be the Voice: You'll be the friendly voice answering all incoming calls and email inquiries about our services.
  • Scheduler Extraordinaire: Arrange convenient service dates for our customers and book them into our system.
  • Problem-Solver: Handle inquiries with the right level of importance and prioritize accordingly.
  • Support Guru: Provide efficient admin support, including forms, customer correspondence, document, and diary management.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensure all documentation is processed correctly to meet regulatory, compliance, and financial requirements.

About You:

  • Experience:Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Communication Pro: Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Organized: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize your workload.
  • Tech-Savvy: Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Bonus Points: Knowledge of Sage 50 is a plus, but don't worry, we'll train you!
