We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our client. You will work closely with the Management Accountant, ensuring accuracy in reporting, financial reconciliation, and providing ad-hoc support.
Duties will include processing outgoing payments, reconciling accounts and credit card statements, as well as processing invoices, and weekly payment runs. Additional duties include credit control and issuing payment reminders.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, and an AAT qualification is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Outlook and Excel) and Xero is also beneficial. The ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively is essential.
Our client will consider full or part time hours for this position.
