We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Quality Engineer to join our client's team based in Witney. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure products and processes meet industry standards and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
. Implement quality tools to ensure conformance to industry best practices.
. Support manufacturing teams in introducing aesthetic standards.
. Maintain and audit the quality and environmental systems to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO14001, and ISO27001.
. Lead investigations into customer complaints and use the 8D approach to resolve concerns.
. Conduct audits, prepare reports, and support product testing and certification processes.
. Work with NPI teams on new projects, including PPAP documentation and product development.
. Liaise with suppliers and assist in the implementation of development programs.
Skills & Qualifications:
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
. Knowledge of quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO14001, etc.).
. Experience with continuous improvement and quality process evaluation.
. Proficient in using OEM customer portals and IT systems.
