Bus Driver

C9 Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable PCV Bus Driver to join a prestigious client in Oxford. The primary responsibility of this role is to transport school children to and from school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers on assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide a friendly and supportive environment for all passengers, particularly those with special educational needs.
• Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger logs and vehicle maintenance reports.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, parents, and school staff as necessary.

Umbrella Rates:

• Monday to Friday: £19.06
• Weekends: £22.87
• Bank Holidays: £24.78

PAYE Rates:

• M-F: £15.00
• W/E: £18.00
• Bank Holidays: £19.50

Requirements:

• Valid Category D Licence.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• No more than 6 points on your driving licence.
• 6 months minimum experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
