Our client, a leading, global manufacturing company based in Witney are seeking an Administrator to join them on a temporary basis, for 4 -6 weeks within their Customer Service Team.
The hours of work are 8:30 - 4:30, Monday to Friday.
As the Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities include:
. Creating invoices and company commercials
. Logging despatch dates on Excel
. Make up job packs ready for production
. Filing documents accurately within the appropriate filing systems
. Maintaining supplier statements
Office Admin, including answering phone calls, meeting & greeting visitors, archiving, managing incoming and outgoing post
