Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Assisting in the creation of a variety of modern British dishes for up to 48 covers and banquets for up to 100 people
- Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
- Making the most of the hotels access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Showcasing high-quality communication and teamwork skills
