This role offers the chance to work closely with a Senior Head Chef in a venue that’s all about delivering great food in a fast-paced, no-fuss environment—a vibrant pub with retail features showcasing locally sourced and seasonal products.

About the Role:

As Head Chef, you will:

  • Manage the Kitchen: Lead and support the team to deliver consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Cook with Efficiency: Prepare dishes that meet menu standards while keeping up with the demands of a busy service.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed, even under pressure.
  • Support the Senior Head Chef: Work together to ensure smooth kitchen operations and meet high customer demand.
  • Contribute to the Menu: Share ideas for simple yet creative dishes using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Train and Motivate: Mentor the team to work efficiently and maintain a positive kitchen culture.
