They are looking for a candidate who can produce high quality food for customers and deputise and lead the brigade in Head Chefs absence. The pub cooks to AA rosette level and is an excellent career opportunity.

The Sous Chef Role
- Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
- Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Menu
- Managing and developing a motivated Brigade in Head Chef's absence
- Maintaining Hygiene & Safety Standards
The Person
- Already working as a Sous Chef or experienced CDP
- Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to good standard
- Calm Personality
