Are you passionate about quality and feel you can be the key link between Production engineering and inspection departments? You will play a crucial part in ensuring that every assurance process adds value, meets design criteria, and aligns with the production standards expected.

About the Role;

In this pivotal role, you will ensure that each quality gate is truly value add and collaborate with Production Engineering team to review and optimise the entire production process. Alongside this, you will provide support to the inspectors to help upskill the team. The company boast a client list that spans the Automotive, Motorsport, Marine, and Aerospace industries so as you can imagine their capabilities are in demand. Their products are renowned for their exceptional quality, a testament to the calibre of the entire team.

What We need from you;

  • Strong understanding and implementation of GD&T and the ability to conduct Gauge R&R analysis.
  • Ability to manage Metrology processes in a production environment.
  • CMM and Scanning Arm software experience (PC-DMIS & Polyworks would be advantageous).
