Our client are entrusted by many blue-chip organisations and work within an array of schools, colleges, local authorities and commercial businesses. They are looking for a dedicated and experience FRA to conduct assessments for their clients in exchange for a great work life balance and to be a part of a very welcoming team.The job:
- Conduct thorough compartmentation fire risk assessments on schools, various types of commercial premises, some heritage buildings, offices and a small amount of housing
- Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, explaining complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma in Fire Risk Assessments
- Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments
- Strong understanding of building regulations and fire safety standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with building materials and construction techniques
