We are currently recruiting a CNC Machinist for a local manufacturer in Witney.
Reporting directly to the Machine Shop Manager, the successful candidate will work within a small team and be responsible for the manufacture of manifolds, filter components and associated tooling.
Requirements:
You will have experience of reading and understanding Engineering drawings and tolerances
The ability to produce high quality close tolerance machined components
Be proficient in a range of measuring equipment and inspection techniques
Previous experience of working in a Production environment
Mechanically minded with familiarity with quality procedures
A 38 hour week - 3pm - 1am, Mondays to Thursdays
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with:
HNC in Mechanical Engineering.
Previous experience in setting and operating multi axis CNC machines.
Experience of machining Duplex steels, carbon steels and aluminium alloys.
