CNC Setter / Operator | Eynsham | Rotating early & late shift | £14 - £18 per hour plus 10% shift allowance plus benefits (Permanent Role):    A leading manufacturer based in the West Oxfordshire area is looking to recruit several CNC Machine Setters and Operators on a permanent basis. This specialist manufacturer works across some amazing industries, including motorsport, F1, automotive, aerospace and defence, designing components. They are really contributing to the sustainability of their customers carbon footprint through their lightweight component solutions.    The CNC Setter / Operator will need the experience and ability to set and operate either Siemens Sinumerik 840d (priority) and or Heidenhain TNC640.   This role is working on a rotating shift, two weeks of earlies: 6am - 2.30pm and then two weeks of lates: 2pm - 10:30pm.    The CNC Setter / Operator will need to possess the following experience and skills:  
  • First class understanding of CNC machine operation in a precision manufacture environment
  • Ideally a strong ability to set and operate on Siemens Sinumerik 840d (priority) and Heidenhain TNC640
  • Good understanding of appropriate tool selection
  • Experience working in a composites manufacturing environment or similar with a strong emphasis on product quality ISO9001
  • Work well as part of team and prepared to be flexible to meet the needs of the team & customer demand
  • Enthusiastic with a positive and can-do attitude
