Salary Up to £65,000
As part of its continued expansion, the firm is seeking a Training & Competency Manager to play a key role within its compliance function. This is a brand-new position, offering the successful candidate autonomy and the chance to shape the role to support the firm’s ongoing growth.
The Role:
As Training & Competency Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the firm’s adviser training and supervision framework, ensuring high standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance. Your key duties will include:
Leading and refining the adviser training & supervision process, ensuring best practices across the business.Developing and delivering adviser coaching programmes to support professional growth and compliance excellence.Conducting in-depth reviews of client interactions to enhance service quality and identify areas for development.Maintaining strong regulatory controls to ensure alignment with industry standards and FCA regulations.Overseeing the adviser competency framework, ensuring advisers meet certification and conduct expectations.Providing one-on-one support to advisers, guiding them through complex client scenarios.
To be considered: Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) – Chartered status desirable.In -depth understanding of pensions and investment products. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Willingness to travel to multiple office locations when required.
