Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Witney, Hybrid

Our client is a leading SaaS provider in expense management, built on efficiency. As they expand, they're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service and ensure our customers can seamlessly manage their expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist users with navigating their platform and resolving issues to enable their success.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical challenges.
  • Uphold data privacy and security standards while handling sensitive customer information.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and support.
  • Experience using helpdesk software (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for providing exceptional service.
